£2 Activation Campaign

• Entries open 12^th December 2022 and close 14^th February 2023. Entry is only open to those who work within a veterinary practice or are working/volunteering for a rescue. 

• The nominated individual must be in one of the listed categories and work in Northern Ireland.

5. The promoter (Agria Pet Insurance) reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that does not adhere to these terms and conditions.

If for any reason this prize draw cannot be run as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize, the promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the giveaway or invalidate any affected entries. 
7. Agria Pet Insurance and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the free gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
8. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Terms and Conditions for NEW breeders who join via the campaign:

1. To claim 12 free puppy collars you must sign up via the link displayed on Facebook.
2. You will be prompted for the expected date your litter will be due. If your litter has already arrived, we will send your collars out straight away.
3. Unfortunately, we cannot send out any collars prior to the month your litter is due.

Terms and Conditions for NEW breeders who DON’T join via the campaign:

• Unfortunately you need to have joined the Agria Breeder Club via one of the campaign links advertising the free puppy collar giveaway in order to be eligible for free collars.
• Don’t worry, now that you are a member of the club, you will have plenty of other opportunities to win prizes.
• Please be sure to join the Agria Breeder Club Facebook group if you haven’t already in order to find out about any future breeder giveaways!
