Rabbits can get sick or injured, just like us. Having insurance in place ensures that you have vets fees cover in place to help with the cost of treatment. Agria’s lifetime policy for rabbits comes with up to £2,500 veterinary fees cover per year.

No, we do not cover breeding risks for rabbits.

We do cover for dental treatment related to illness or disease. However, we will not cover maintenance or cosmetic treatments unless certain circumstances apply. For absolute clarity, please refer to the policy document or speak to a member of our customer care team.

We will cover fly strike for the first instance of this condition. Second and subsequent instances of fly strike will not be covered.

Yes, our insurance cover applies for both indoor and outdoor rabbits.

Yes, as long as the medication was prescribed by the vet treating your pet, you are able to make a claim for medication you have sourced at an alternative pharmacy. Please note that we will need a copy of the prescription issued by your vet to support your claim as well as the receipts for any medication you have purchased.

You can only claim for treatment that has already taken place.  All claims need to be submitted with a supporting invoice by the vet who has seen your pet, confirming what has been charged for.
